The Spirit Tree

And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of Wisdom and Understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the Fear of the LORD (Isaiah 11:1-5)

It is no coincidence that this passage, together with 1 Chronicles 29:11 and others we will see later, contains the most important spheres of the Tree of Life, which was represented by the Menorah, and the former Nazarene symbol:

Nazarene symbol found at Mount Zion, and attributed to the first Nazarenes, followers of Yahshua (Jesus) and Yaakov (James the apostle).
It Contains Menorah, the Star of David and a Romboid Alef with a Tav in the middle.
The inscription says: Shemen Rajaun, Oil of Spirit.
A similar symbol appeared at the Essene quarters of Jerusalem, and remained hidden for centuries [1]

Then we have the famous geometric version brought to light by the Spanish Judeo-Christian Kabbalists, with which they reconciled the three religions. Although it is an incomplete version of Jacob's Ladder.

For now it suffice to realize the Tree does not come from occultism, which misuses it, nor from new age milk.

By fortune, its true connections are coming to Light for this time:

The seven flames of the menorah and the seven main areas of the Tree can be seen as the seven levels of Spirit that Jesus/Yahshua received after his baptism.

An extraordinary idea to meditate on, since no man has ever come so far starting from a fallen human condition.

This helps to understand more the passage that was suppressed in Mark´s first chapter by theologians but preserved in early Gospel codices and a Paul´s letter:

You are my son; today [in your baptism] I have begotten thee (Hebrews 1: 5, Psalm 2: 7)

Only then Yahshua could have participation in the Mind-Logos of the Father, which is in Keter, the Crown of the Tree.

Thus he became Anointed/Christ/Massiah, which is the Divine Consciousness that is continuously sent to rescue the fragments of the Son in human hearts.

Therefore, Yahshua/Jesus is a great example of how each seeker has to manifest the corresponding Christ nature; although Christ is the head and we are its body (1 Corinthians 12:27).

While Christ is the body of the Supreme, and the head of Christ is God (1 Corinthians 11:3).

This means that if one of these seven levels should fail in our lives, we would have everything to lose, failing to become fully and divinely human, Sons of the Eternal.

I assure you that those who have faith in me [my Teaching] will also do the works that I do; and will do even greater things, because I go to where the Father is (John 14:12)

But it would be impossible if one looked back, letting the darkness come in, once the journey of purification has started

For anybody who having put his hand to the plow and looks back is not fit for the Kingdom (Luke 9:62)

In that case, the Gospel says that the old evil spirit that came out -envy, anger, greed, etc–, takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first (Luke 11:26)

Every spiritual virtue that degenerates or is not developed, becomes a vice.

Hence the extreme danger of the "religious" organizations that deny their followers all access to self-knowledge and divine Wisdom, considering it unfathomable mysteries or works of the devil.

The truth is quite the opposite, because without them there is no possibility of access to the Kingdom of the Spirit and there for no chance of true resurrection.

Every soul will be measured in accord to its understanding of the mysteries of the Kingdom, according to its possibilities.

As it was said earlier, this is not about being "good lads". The old exhortations "be a good boy or a good girl", "behave well", etc, never worked because darkness has its own trickery.

As Paul stated:

For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that which I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwells in me (Romans 7:19)

So the greatest victory of darkness is the fear and ignorance about the nature of  reality, including such darkness.

Hence it was said:

Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16)

So, how can all inner darkness be dissipated?:

Spirit of the Lord (Ruaj Yhwh)

The Lord is Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (1 Corinthians 3:17)

No one can know the Supreme in itself, but only through the manifestations or fruits of its Spirit in the Tree of Life, the first of which is the face of the Father, also known as Mind-Logos or Keter (Crown, Flame nÂș1).

Yet, the Father is still too high for fallen humanity that is barely able to say "daddy" before the celestial progenitor.

So, a mediator is required.

And the fundamental key is to understand that the central quality of Spirit is Love, which unites the Father-Mother with the Son, and the Son with the Spouse, the individual human soul (Neshemah).

And the individual soul dwells in the sphere 6 as a Sleeping Beauty, awaiting to be kissed by the Prince, which is sent by the Father in the form of Spirit.

But in order for this to take place, first there must be a harmonization in Yesod, the 9th sphere, which is the vital-sexual energy that feeds and unites body (10), mind (8) and emotions (7).

The union of body and mind with a reconciling feeling acts as the so called Faithful Steward of the House (Luke 16:1).

The vital level is the inferior soul, known in Hebrew as Nephesh, which once is united to the individual soul or Neshemah, activates the personal spirit or Ruaj, the awakened soul, the force that lifts us over all obstacles.

But only when the Steward sets everything in order, balancing body, mind and feeling, can the Soul be kissed by the Spirit and awake on her first Christic dimension, the sphere 6, in Tiferet (Beauty, Love, Harmony of Opposites).

I am the Way [of harmony], the Truth and Life and no one comes to the Father except through me (Juan 14:16)

Here lies the importance of becoming one with the Son -not to be confused with worshiping the Son as something external, but be part of him in actuality, assume all responsibility, and cease to cry as victims.

The Love for the Eternal One is the center of all creation and seeks transcendence of all selfishness, overcoming all darkness and illuminate it to give it everything.

To love the eternal one means to let the Spirit fill one´s being, so one feel its overflow and gives without expecting anything in return. Nothing outside that does not come from within. If one does not receive, it is because there is a blockage, a resistance that must be eliminated.

The only really effective way is first to know oneself to allow the Spirit inside.

If you do not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and are that poverty (Gospel of Thomas)

To know the Spirit not only involves finding the divine in our personal relations, but also entering what is called silent state of centering prayer, in which, from a stable position, with eyes closed, one rests on the love towards the Beloved One, which is actually his own Love.

This requires the kenosis or self-emptying that Paul mentioned in Philippians 2: 5-7: have the same feelings that Christ Jesus had, quiene despite having the form of God did not consider equality with God but emptied himself (ekenosen), taking the form of a servant.

Obviously, a heart full of pride, selfishness and evil is blocked and cannot feel what is divine within, because the things of God are only known by the Spirit of God (1 Corinthians 2:11)

Silent prayer was the ancient way of getting into contact with the Lord in the heart, but it does not come easily without cleaning the house by using a meditative preparation.

That prayer was described in detail in a wonderful medieval mystic manual, The Cloud of Unknowing.

And it was rediscovered by the monk William Meninger, who used it as a foundation of what he and his colleagues,   the Trappist Monks Thomas Keating and Basil Pennington, called Centering Prayer.

More bout it will come soon, since it is a jewel that no authentic seeker should stop seeking.

Spirit of Wisdom (Jokmah)

How much better is it to get Wisdom than gold! and to get Understanding rather to be chosen than silver!(Proverbs 16:16)

Wisdom corresponds to the second sphere of the Tree of Life. And of course, it is not about human ideas.

For it is written, I will destroy the (human) wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the (mundane) understanding of the prudent (Corinthians 1:19, Isaiah 29:14)

Divine Wisdom is the flashes of intuition, inspiration and insight that reveal an original idea that should be unfolded, like a seed. And it comes from the atom spirit that corresponds to each individual, its Higher Self.

The serpent energy tricks wisely, so we must be even wiser. Be wise as serpents and meek as doves.

And these flashes of wisdom can only come when there is complete humility and silent listening.

Jokmah comes from koach mah, which is indeed the power of nothingness, where only divine seeds shine.

And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord is Wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding. (Job 28:28)

Without inner silence and clarity, one cannot receive Wisdom.

Spirit of Intelligence/Understanding (Binah)

Third sphere of the Tree of Life.

To know the holy is Intelligence (Proverbs 9:10)

One thing is to get an idea or intuition and another to be able to develop its content in our lives, becoming more whole, that is, more holy.

How often an important idea or intuition crosses the mind for a moment and due to a distraction we are unable to remember or even understand and unpack age it in order to solve a problem or do something that us required?

Do we really understand the interaction of body, soul and spirit in our life?

Do we develop the "seed idea" of our essence or remain unfinished, like embryos?

Without understanding ourselves how can we manifest we are Sons fully?.

Spirit of Counsel (Etza)

It corresponds to the fourth sphere of the Tree of Life, which has to do with compassion and mercy (Jesed).

When one is connected to the Beloved through the spirit-seed or higher Self, this is mirrored on acts, words and the way one leads others with them.

Everything we do and say affects all around us, both for good and for bad.

But I tell you that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account on the day of judgment (Matthew 12:36)

Spirit of Strength (Geburah)

The Lord is my strength (Psalm 118:14)

The fifth sphere of the Tree is related to Justice and Judgement (Din). And by reflecting on it we realize that the real strength comes from the ability to discern the false from the true and allow the justice of the Divine, not ours. It is the discerning power of the Spirit what overcomes the inertia of our false personality.

Spirit of Knowledge/Consciousness (Da'at)

If anyone thinks he knows something, he does not yet know how to know; but he who loves God, he is known by Him (1 Corinthians 8: 2)

The Logos said: "If you know the Truth will set you free". Ignorance is slavery. Knowledge is freedom. (Gospel of Philip)

Somehow, the Knowledge is given to every creature. Plants and trees know they need to grow towards the sun; birds and fish know their migration routes, etc.

But what about humans? Why are they lost?

In humanity, Knowledge is self-knowledge that facilitates the conscious experience of reality, knowing that everything is part of an ineffable harmony and one is part of the glow of the Unique.

In the Tree of Life, Knowledge or Da´at is the key that leads to experience and balance the six emotional spheres represented in the midst of the tree, under Da´at itself.

Those six spheres are represented by the Star of David, and correspond to the Soul of the Primordial Adam or Son.

This Soul got fragmented in the previous universe, with the Fall of Lucifer (Isaiah), which took place right after Genesis 1:1 account, reason why it continues saying: and the earth became without form and void.

The creation of the Edenic Adam had as main purpose to restore the order by recomposing the Soul. Something for which a new fall was required.

And here we are, crazier than ever.

Da'at does not usually appear depicted, as it is actually the union of Wisdom and Understanding. But given its importance on the whole Tree, it must appear, as in the Tree we saw in Spirit of Intelligence.

Without the union of opposites, the Tree loses the middle pillar and only Duality is experienced; in other words, one forgets the Tree of Life and one eats from the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, as fallen humanity.

For that reason, Moses is told, in reference to Betzalel, the architect of the Tabernacle:

I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in Wisdom, Intelligence and Knowledge in all kinds of wit (Exodus 31: 3)

Awe the Lord (Yirah Adonai)

The beginning of Wisdom is the Awe of the Lord (Proverbios 9:10) and the Fear of the Lord is to move away from negativity; I detest pride, arrogance, the evil way, and the perverse mouth (Proverbs 8:13)

Fear is an obstacle, and therefore has nothing to do with the so called Fear of God.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear has to do with punishment. He that fears is not made perfect in love (1 John 4:18)

The meaning then is Reverential Respect or Awe. He who knows the Beloved in the heart, does not make a false step, for he knows that to go against Love or resist it, will create suffering, the infamous "wrath of God", so poorly understood.

What one does, comes back. The Fear of the Lord is avoiding fighting against a Tsunami.

Such respect reminds of what the philosopher Immanuel Kant called "sentiment of respect before the moral law"

The New Human

To recap briefly, Jesus/Yahshua showed and proved the Way of unification to be followed by every potential human that wants to manifest the full spiritual nature of Adam (body, soul and spirit) and thus become fully Human, which is divine as member of the Unique Beloved Son.

For you [children of Light] are the body of Christ and partial members (1 Corinthians 12:27)

The human body has an immense potential to receive a finer Loving Intelligence, but today humanity is fallen.

Before the fall, Adam was perfect image of the Eternal One´s main Name (YHWH) and participated from a spark of his Heart-Spirit, meant to rule over beasts of the earth and the air within himself (Genesis 1).

In that sense Paul says that we have the mind [noĂ»s] of Massiah-Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16)

Unfortunately, due to a poor education, feature of the dark ages of the past two thousand years, this message was massively perverted and manipulated, leading many to think that blind belief without experience and inner development, leads to manifest such Mind, keeping one safe from the dark, because, as Jesus Christ did it all...

This raises the question, why is there so much fear, hatred, division and internal disorders of all kinds in the 35,000 different denominations supposedly based on Christian faith?

Why was the first Nazarene Congreagtion and its Katholic Pauline branch was more cohesive at least before the year 135? What is missing today?

Faith without works is dead (James 2:17)

Put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness (Ephesians 4:24)

If only one person from each of the 35,000 Christian denominations manifested fully the Mind-Heart of the New Man, now there would be less than half darkness and division in the world.

But social chaos shows that "humans" barely grow, remaining what prophets and apostles called the animal man –hominoid according to anthropologists–, which does not embody the spiritual soul and prefers to content himself with a naked body animated by the lower three levels of the soul: vital, emotional and intellectual, of which he is a slave, precisely because of the lack of connection with the Spirit/Will that governs everything.

And things only God knows the Spirit of God...the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God; for they are foolishness to him and he can not understand them (1 Corinthians 2: 11-14)

That is the reason why the mystics were and are labeled as crazy or possessed by the devil.

The more carnal or naked the potential human is, the less he understands the importance of self-study, meditation, prayer, contemplation and the cleanse of everything animal within himself, for the same inner darkness is afraid that the true Light shines and takes over its seat.

And where there is fear and division, the Light of Truth and the New Human cannot shine.

The Kingdom of God is already available; transform your mind (metanoeite) and have faith in the good news (Mark 1:15)

Isn´t this exhortation more inspiring than those awful translations which say Repent! and believe the Gospel?

Even Paul taught: I therefore beseech you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living, holy sacrifice, pleasing to God; this is your worship service; that do not conform to this (dark) age [aiĂŽn], but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is the will of God, good, acceptable and perfect (Romans 12: 1-2)

And the way to this is not a personal titanic effort, nor agitation in worship, nor shouting Hallelujah, nor screaming like a preacher, or repeating words like parrots...

Only the spirit that wills behind the soul can renew the human, when the latter offers no resistance and lets such spirit enter a quiet mind and heart.

Not all who say Lord, Lord will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven (Matthew 7:21)

Obviously, he was referring to the mitzvoth or commandments –better say callings– of the Torah-Instruction, based on the ten principles of Exodus 20, and their spiritual meaning, not carnal.

The mitzvoth can be with regard to the Divine and with regard to other humans, as Jesus/Yahshua did by quoting Deuteronomy 6: 4-5 and Leviticus 19:18: love the Eternal One with thy whole being above all things and thy neighbour as yourself, i.e, as part of the Only Son, the Logos.

The Spirit transforms the "potentially human" by making him able to love consciously, having real compassion for other parts of himself, and thus be able to complete the commandments-callings (mitzvoth), reestablishing the connections of the vital-emotional soul with physical the body, higher mind and spirit/will. Mitzvah also means connection.

The way the Spirit reconnects the human to Light, Truth and Light, is by means of the Word, not only that of the Scriptures–which are certainly a complete spiritual manual for those who do not throw into the water closet the Key of Knowledge/Consciousness (Luke 11:52).

This Key was also known as Torah ha Sod (Secret Instruction) and Jokmah Nishtar (Hidden Wisdom), the title that Paul of Tarsus used in 1 Corinthians 2: 6-7.

Although today it is Revealed Wisdom, as it is available to everyone.

And as it was added in the previous article, despite it was not yet known completely, this Key was crucial to reunite Judaism, Christianity and Islam in the Middle Ages, for the only time in history.

This proves that without such Key, the Bible, including the New Testament, is not only incomprehensible, but also very dangerous. Despite the Word purifies like water (Ephesians 5:26), it also destroys by separating soul and spirit when used by impure hearts that do not embody it (Hebrews 4:12).

Faith comes from listening, and listening by the Word of Christ/Massiah (Romans 10:17)

It is therefore necessary to clean mind and ears in order to receive the Spirit and partake of a Mind-Heart of higher order.

Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you and that you have received it from God? (1 Corinthians 6:19)

In the ancient Teaching, the Holy Spirit was not so much a person but the manifestation of Divine Light of the body of Christ/ Massiah through human soul and actions: there are varieties of gifts but the Spirit is the same (1 Corinthians 12: 4).

Yet the Holy Spirit alone does not save, for it does not require mind shift:

For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance– Romans 11:29

On the contrary, when one lives by considering the body as a temple to be cared and cleaned, the seven spheres of the Spirit spiritualize it, harmonizing body and soul (vital, emotional and mental), saving us from depression, phobias, medications and unnecessary doctor visits.

The harmonized body is not in conflict with the soul nor the spirit, because the body is nothing but condensed Mother Light. Matter is light-energy, confirms current science. Space, time and vacuum are pure illusion, everything is full of light:

The lamp of your body is your eye (of the Heart); when your eye is healthy, your whole body is full of light; but when it is bad, your body also is full of darkness (Luke 11:34)

By uniting body, soul and spirit/will-intelligence, one can begin to understand why one is living on a planet and thus acquire a good wedding dress (mature spiritual soul), without which one cannot enter the Celestial Nuptials (Mt 22: 11-14 ).

Having acquired the necessary understanding, the Sons of Light can marry the highest spirit within, also called Lord of the soul:

And the day will come, says the Lord, when you shall call me Husband and no Master (Hosea 2:16)

For just as a young man marries a maiden, so your sons will marry you; and just as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so your God will rejoice over you (Isaiah 62: 5)

That is the reason why Yahshua and the apostles handed down that the Congregation (Church) would form a New Jerusalem, which would became the bride/vessel of the Lord (Revelation 21: 2).

Yet they did not refer to stone churches nor fleshy ones, but to the Sons of Light Congregation, which is invisible to the animal human.

And there shall in no way enter into it anything that defiles, neither whatsoever works abomination, or makes a lie: but they who are written in the Lamb's book of life (Revelation 21:27)

And of course, the sacred marriage is not the loss of individuality in a nirvanic extinction, which would still force the immature atom of spirit to return, because of an undone homework.

The human must understand why he lives, otherwise his divine spiritual essence repeats course.

With patience you shall gain your soul (Luke 21:19)

Winning the mature spiritual soul, with her Christic mind, takes time. But one can achieve it in a lifetime if one understands that it is possible and lives in the light.

Not being able to understand these mystical ideas, literal minds rejected the first Torah/Instruction that Moses had to destroy (Exodus 32: 15-19), and in the end many had to eat a Torah encoded in stone, doing animal sacrifices in the temple, not realizing that the animals to be sacrificed are animal passions: pride, anger, greed, jealousy, sexual inmorality, sloth, envy ...

To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? says the Lord: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of male goats. (Isaiah 1:11)

Only when the inner beasts are slaughtered:

The wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the young goat (Isaiah 11: 6)

And the new human will have done its homework, without the need to repeat course on earth.

Simon Peter was not exaggerating when he said:

For it should suffice us that during the time past of our life we had done the will of the gentiles, when we conversed in lasciviousness, lusts, drunkenness, gluttony, orgies, and abominable idolatries (1st Epistle of Peter 4:3)

And it´s worth recalling the condition laid down by the apostle Jacob (James) to non-Jewish Christians: to abstain from the pollution of idols (i.e meat sacrificed), fornication, blood and from things strangled (i.e animals suffering violent death) (Acts 15:20)

Supposedly, these were words of the first chief of the Nazarene Church, which was condemned not only by sectarian Judaism of the Pharisees and Sadducees, but by rabbinical Judaism that endures to this day since the reform of Yohanan ben Zakai (70 AD), who introduced the famous nineteenth blessing or Birkat ha Minim, curse against Nazarenes and Gentiles prayed in synagogues.

Such rabbinical Judaism lies emphases on kosher (pure) food, the Sabbath and circumcision in accord to the Torah, like the Nazarenes–with a few differences. Unfortunately, it then condemns the non-Jew and organises banquets that are not exactly demure, what keeps the carnal mind active.

Even more curious is to find out that most of post-Nicene (IV century) christianities do virtually the same, but throwing away the whole Law of the Torah, even with the clarifications of the Master and his disciples concerning idol worshiping and other issues. All form of idolatry, including estatues or images of the divine, were excluded even by Paul in Romans 1.

Everything starts with light interpretations of Scripture, since the animal ego wishes to be in charge even with the spiritual.

Thus, some see in the words of Paul, an open letter to do, believe and cut at ease:

So you also my brethren, have died to the Law through the body of Christ (Romans 7:4)

This does not cancel the Law of the Torah, but simply means the Law can only be fulfilled when one participates in the Life, Light and Truth, having access to the Heart-Mind of Massiah-Christ, leaving behind the appetites and habits of the animal man:

the finality (telos) of the Law is Christ-Massiah (Romans 10:4)

Other passages used as counter-justification are:

But food will not commend us to God; we are neither the worse if we do not eat, nor the better if we do eat (1 Corinthians 8: 8)

Which is true and does not contradict the Instruction-Torah.

Whatsoever is sold in the meat market, that eat, asking no question for conscience's sake:For the earth is the Lord's, and the fullness thereof.
in XXIst century that would be almost suicidal–...
Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatsoever you do, do all to the glory of God. Give none offense, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God: Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking my own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved. (1 Cor 10: 25-33)

This must be understood in context, since Paul was answering specific questions raised by certain communities and his aim was to do it without violating the Torah. And obviously, Paul didn´t want to create ideological sectarianism by means of food issues. He is not justifying a binge, but making clear no one should offend or condemn those who do not follow the Word, for these do not have to keep commandments such as not eating pork, shellfish and other impure animals.

That is not a denial of the Word of the Torah, but rather an affirmation of it: love thy neighbor.

A different issue is the fact that there is no way to escape from the divine laws that govern the functioning of Spirit, and therefore, if one ignores them, might acquire spiritual debt (jub), which is manifested in terms of illness and other ailments.

we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him (1 John 2:3-4)

He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked" (1 John 2:6)

Even Jesus/Yahshua reassured the commandments many times:

Think not that I am come to destroy the Law (Torah), or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill (Matthew 5:17)

And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the Law (Torah) to fail (Luke 16:16-17)

Certainly, the Master said:

What goes into someone's mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth (Matthew 15:11)

But here he is simply refuting the pharisaic accusation about the fact his disciples did not wash their hands before eating; a habit which is not in the Torah and belongs to "traditions of men", regardless of its appropriateness.

Curiously, neither Jesus/Yahshua nor his disciples ate blood, pork or even meat allowed by the Torah, such as lamb, nor drank alcohol or grape juices, because they were not only hebrews, but lived under Nazarite vow (Numbers 6), as it can be deduced from Hebrew remarks in the Gospel as well as texts about Jacob and Peter.

Thus they regained the Edenic state of Adam, whose food is indicated in Genesis 1:29:

See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.

To them we could attribute the words of St. Francis of Assisi:

The aniamles are my friends and I do not eat my friends.

This diet has to do with inner transformation as well. There are foods and drinks whose energy charge is an obstacle, especially pork and the blood, which contains the emotional energy of the animal, and enter the body, contaminating it.

Anyone with experience in the inner path knows how heavy the body feels with certain foods, which makes the internal work very hard, specially when it´s time to meditate, pray or aspire to contemplation in order to feel fully the Love of the Spirit.

Eating chicken, turkey or fish with scales occasionally will not hurt anyone, provided they are not contaminated by industrial production sea or toxins, such as mercury stored by large blue fish such as tuna or sword-fish.

Meats are generally too heavy and extremely harmful today, not only because of the cruelty with which animals are slaughtered in mass, but because of the additives and antibiotics used to treat animals.

On the contrary, seeds (lentils, brown rice, millet, chickpeas...), fruits and vegetables (lettuce, endive, tomato, onion ...) have always been the diet of the great mystics, as well as the healthier and long-lived people, such as the Himalayan tribe of Hunza. And that can´t be a coincidence.

Anyone who´s been some time experiencing a renewal process, knows that there comes a point in which the body does not ask for meat, even if it is kosher and looks very appetizing, with potatoes and abudant sauce.

Feeling hungry?

However, food is only part of the interior renewal. One should learnt how to master the mind and emotions, and there is no other way than by knowing the Spirit of the Great Mind. But that, for the culmination of the Solstice.
