To what extent can we exercise our true autonomous will in a world filled with falsehoods and narcissistic manipulations?
Are humans truly owners of their bodies, minds, and volitions, or have they been bought and placed at the service of a disguised system of slavery?
Can we act voluntarily when we are in a state of suffering, confusion, and apathy?
What is will, really? A mere confluence of desires driven by emotions, or a spiritual force that animates Life and allows it to transcend beyond suffering and pain?
Is there a pure consciousness that can help us free ourselves from the deceptions and conditioning of this world?
Addressing these questions will be the essence of this article, and I will begin by placing the topic in context with clear examples of massive narcissistic manipulation, before which the dormant human succumbs and loses their true will and consciousness—the most sacred gift bestowed upon them.
I explained previously that narcissism is a personality disorder that leads the aggressor-dominator to exert control by distorting reality and manipulating the victim to gain an advantage, making them believe they are the problem.
How is this possible? Very simply: by hijacking the victim's will, blackmailing them with threats or false promises, exploiting their needs, their suffering, their sense of self-criticism and self-blame, their intrinsic goodness and desire to do the right thing, confusing their mind so they see no solutions other than those presented by the manipulator.
Interestingly, this same behavior is reflected on a large scale in countless social contexts where the masses are manipulated and herded into carefully crafted ideological camps.
Let's look at some examples:
Consensual & Legalized Narcissistic Abuse
On October 4, 2022, the "Yes is Yes" Law, proposed by the Podemos political party, was passed. This law establishes that any sexual act without consent is sexual assault, and it is not even necessary to prove coercion, intimidation, or violence. While this would initially benefit many victims, it contains a major pitfall: the immediate dismissal of all cases of narcissistic abuse where the victim consents to relationships and other forms of abuse, as their capacity for sound judgment has been nullified.
Within a supposed romantic relationship, for example, the narcissist may resort to all kinds of deception to obtain material, economic, emotional, and sexual benefits from their victim, whom they consider a "partner," even though they are not. In this dynamic, the victim, who trusts their supposed partner, doesn't even recognize the abuse because they don't see it as such. However, they feel guilty, diminished, trapped, and addicted to a situation that is destroying them.

Another clear example is how governments claim to advance Human Rights by legalizing procedures like euthanasia for people with non-terminal illnesses.
As I mentioned in this week's video, on March 26, 2026, the Spanish State exercised its right to assisted suicide in the death of a 25-year-old woman named Noelia Castillo, claiming it was the exercise of supposed "euthanasia" (from the Greek eu-thanatos, meaning good death), voluntarily requested by the young woman.
She had been left with reduced mobility after jumping from a fifth-floor window in 2022, trying to escape her suffering, the result of a gang rape and abuse by a former partner. And apparently, it wasn't her only suicide attempt, as she also tried to end her life with other unsuccessful methods, such as ingesting a bottle of pills.
So, having failed through those means, she resorted to the path of so-called euthanasia, since it is already legal in Spain and, moreover, is paid for by public funds, swelled by exorbitant taxes levied on Spaniards.
This clearly indicates the resounding failure of the supposed clinical authorities, from psychiatrists to psychologists, who, following official paradigms, focus on the physicalist interpretation of the psyche, reducing human beings to a set of biochemical interactions, which, according to these self-proclaimed experts, are in fact the origin of consciousness and will.
It is precisely in this context of pseudo-scientific ideologies that human beings are stripped of their true value and dignity, reduced to a piece of meat to be traded and manipulated at will.
It should be noted that after Noelia requested the so-called "euthanasia," she was initially even persuaded to donate her organs; Although when the parents tried to halt the process, requesting a postponement, the company responsible for the macabre act argued that this was not possible because the organs had already been allocated.
Fortunately, the girl eventually backed down on that point, even though in the end she got what she had been led to believe was best.
And I don't know if you've noticed, but with such manipulative procedures and attitudes, certain states and other authorities in charge of legalized killings have already crossed far beyond the same line that Hitler's National Socialists, better known as Nazis, crossed decades ago. Only now, crimes against humanity are much more disguised with euphemistic expressions, such as euthanasia or human rights, which are used out of their original context, since no one in their right mind would think that a "good death" is being executed with a lethal injection, as if it were a capital punishment.
Consensual & Legalized Poisoning
Another example is the premature deaths, adverse side effects, and illnesses caused by medical experiments, such as those carried out with supposedly beneficial injections, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic.
Medical companies like Pfizer refused to follow the recommendations of true experts, such as Dr. Robert Malone, who, having firsthand knowledge of studies on RNA, warned against the manufacture of vaccines containing this genetic component, as they could cause unwanted effects. And, as it happens, time proved him right.
Now Pfizer acknowledges that there are indeed rare adverse effects that must be studied, although they don't dare admit what they have actually caused.
But such is the audacity of the authorities that when people suffer adverse side effects, they attribute the problem to mere collateral damage necessary for a greater good, or even workplace accidents, as the so-called Spanish Justice system does, for example, when faced with cases of serious adverse effects in workers of companies that forced them to be vaccinated. No aid or compensation; back home without a pension and silence. [1]
As we can see, all these cases share the fact that the abuses and atrocities are always carried out supposedly for the benefit of the victims, supposedly protecting their Human Rights.
It is well known throughout history that the greatest atrocities have been committed in the name of God's Salvation, Science, and the Reason of State promoted by that diplomat named Machiavelli back in the Renaissance.
Bewitched Soul & Kidnapped Will
We must now ask ourselves if a person can truly exercise their autonomous and independent will when forced to perform certain acts, pressured by their circumstances of suffering, chronic depression, physical condition, threats from the State, fear of being judged, etc.
Could it be that in these circumstances, what they call will is merely a reaction or confluence of desires, motivated by a state of stress?
What then is real will, if it exists?
If it exists, it necessarily depends on a consciousness and awareness free from conditioning, because we cannot act freely if we are not aware of our true capacities and our ability to transcend.
Precisely for this reason, in the state of social chaos where we find ourselves, educational institutions do not help to develop a true conscience and autonomous will, but rather the opposite, since having people with their own will and autonomous conscience is a threat to any narcissistic political state, where those who hold power are at the top of the pyramidal hierarchy and need to ensure control of their victims, like a vampire seducing his girls.
The Evidence of Conscience, Will & Supreme Values
After examining these few examples, among many others we could have seen, we must understand that what is at stake is the human spiritual essence and its ethical conscience, which perceives supreme supraphysical, i.e., spiritual values, such as Honesty, which loves Truth above all else, without deceit or manipulation; Sublime Beauty, irreducible to mere physical proportions; Goodness, which comes from self-improvement and love of Life; and Integrity, which results from uniting all these values, filling us with a force that nothing and no one can stop.
Are will, ethical conscience, and their values truly products of the brain?
What then about that iron will capable of overcoming the body's reactions and the fear of death, accepting great suffering and even self-sacrifice out of love for others or with the aim of preserving life in extreme conditions?
We can take the case of the philosopher Socrates, who in the 4th century BC was condemned to death for teaching ideas contrary to the official religion of the Greek state. And the man did not flee, but accepted being tried and condemned, to avoid endangering his wife and children, who would have suffered reprisals had Socrates fled.
Of course, according to some, that kind of love is madness. But others see it as proof of true conscious love and a will that seeks the good of others, not merely its own.
Another famous case is that of the prophet Yeshua, who exposed himself to persecution and ultimately the death penalty to teach how to exercise the divine Will that loves Life and Supreme Goodness, in the face of regimes of political and religious tyranny.
Can a physical body, on its own, do such things when it goes against its weak, fearful, inertial, and reactive nature? Can an animal sacrifice its comfort zones and life to constantly care for other members of its species?
Where does that extra strength come from that allows one to tame bodily passions and overcome any threat? Is it the result of biochemical reactions?
These are the same questions that philosopher Immanuel Kant asked himself, and in his Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals, he concluded that the fact that Nature endows human beings with capacities that can overcome the very Nature of the world is an anomaly, and that therefore the presence of pure Reason and Will must serve a greater purpose, having an origin other than the biological. In other words, it is the Divine Force par excellence.
In that context, he affirmed that the will is good without restriction, meaning that it always seeks the Good and can never be inclined toward Evil. Kant was not referring to the will that is a confluence of human desires or fears, since in that sense, some animals would also possess it. He was referring to a pure will or act of wanting that does not depend on conditioning factors of the world (selfish desires, delusions, emotions).
He said exactly the same thing about pure reason, which grants access to an innate ethical consciousness devoid of subsequent learning.
This was something overlooked by empiricists, such as David Hume, who asserted that human beings are slaves to their passions and that nothing can be found beyond their passionate inclinations.
But as Socrates and Plato said, no one can do evil intentionally, but only out of ignorance. And that evil is conditioned by the passions of the world. Thus, the man enslaved by his passions is merely a slave to his own ignorance, unconsciousness, and weakness.
Forgive them, for they know not what they do—this is precisely one of the phrases attributed to Yeshua in his condition as the condemned man, who, with full awareness and love for the world, accepted torment, demonstrating how to transcend the lies of this physical plane.
In light of all this, some may question how to define goodwill and goodness, apart from human morality. And by the very dynamic of a full life, let us understand Good as everything that promotes Life in its unmanipulated and unsubjugated forms, with its supreme values and rights, beyond self-destruction and deception.
This full life has been widely demonstrated, not only by great figures like Yeshua, but also manifests itself in our own lives when we understand from a different perspective, overcoming all the traps and states of manipulation to which we are subjected from childhood, growing up in a profoundly sick and dysfunctional society, a direct result of global narcissistic manipulation.

And we are thousands of beings who have demonstrated for thousands of years that deception can be dispelled from the very moment you awaken and recover your original, unadulterated way of thinking and feeling.
That is why some of us are not reduced to mere pieces of flesh and bone, contrary to what false experts would have us believe. That is why we have overcome the greatest vicissitudes, in countless lifetimes, continuing on a journey of Life that traverses everything, from the darkest to the brightest.
Obviously, not all humans possess an equally developed ethical conscience, nor do they all share the same desire to cease being sheep prepared for sacrifice. As Gurdjieff once said: the greatest tragedy of humankind is that it has begun to love its enslavement.
But it must be taken into account that some are born connected to more evolved souls or life intelligences, while others are connected to more animalistic souls.
This explains why some babies and young children, without prior learning, are more compassionate and kind than others, something that some might try to explain merely by biological genes, ignoring that spiritual values transcend the biological realm precisely because they depend on a meta-consciousness and a meta-volition capable of transforming and overcoming the biological realm, as well as the unhealthy chaos of the world, which is a whole other matter entirely.
Therefore, in another article we must examine the exact difference between hierarchical systems governed by deception, narcissistic manipulation, fear, violence, and domination, and the Holarchy of the Tree of Life, where each component is a holon, or complete whole, supported by its internal environment and network, to develop its full potential.
